A charter flight is the flight that is not a part of airline’s regular schedule. it is usually  booked by private individuals, business or specific groups. Although they are often used for leisure, business travel and special events, they can also be used for emergency evacuations, medical transport, or government missions. Charter flights can be operated by commercial airlines but are more commonly operated by private jet operators and are regulated by FAA (Federal Aviation Administration)The advantages of a charter flight include greater flexibility in scheduling and itinerary, as well as the ability to choose the aircraft, amenities, and services that best fit the needs of the passengers.

Many business jets are wheelchair accessible. However, most of them are larger jets with a straight aisle. The wheelchair will be difficult to maneuver onboard a jet with a zigzag aisle, such as the Falcon 900. In addition, you’ll need a wheelchair that’s the right type; many motorized wheelchairs can’t be collapsed. A smaller, temporary wheelchair will be needed in this case. If you are flying privately, you can have a flexible departure time. Usually there is a 30-minute to 2 hour window, butflight operator may offer a longer window as long as it does not interfere with the maximum crew duty day or the next scheduled flight.
