In the US, flight attendants are mandatory on large aircraft and above. While in Europe, flight attendants are used on medium-sized aircraft and above. Flight attendants have separate seats. Larger aircraft and above have a jump seat next to the cabin for the flight attendant, which means that the flight attendant is usually not in the cabin
Crew members shall have a 10-hour rest period during each 24-hour cycle and the maximum working day is 14 hours. Operators take into account 12 hours of rest instead of 10. These extra two hours allow the crew to have rest and return to the airport.
It’s no problem at all! Child seats and infant carriers are optional under current guidelines. Your account manager can arrange suitable aircraft and luggage storage if you are traveling with pushchairs, travel cots, and other children’s items.
