For minors under the age of 16 who travel alone, certain rules apply: A legal guardian must complete a Chain of Custody form (listing the authorized contact at their final destination) and this authorized person will have to present (show) identification to the designated crew member before the operator will hand over custody of the minor.

Flexible departure times are possible for private flights. Operators usually offer a two-hour window. However, you may ask for a longer window as long as it does not disturb the crew’s maximum duty day or its next scheduled flight.

In the US, flight attendants are mandatory on large aircraft and above. While in Europe, flight attendants are used on medium-sized aircraft and above. Flight attendants have separate seats. Larger aircraft and above have a jump seat next to the cabin for the flight attendant, which means that the flight attendant is usually not in the cabin.
