Many business jets are wheelchair accessible. However, most of them are larger jets with a straight aisle. The wheelchair will be difficult to maneuver onboard a jet with a zigzag aisle, such as the Falcon 900. In addition, you’ll need a wheelchair that’s the right type; many motorized wheelchairs can’t be collapsed. A smaller, temporary wheelchair will be needed in this case. The insurance of the operators does not cover precious metals and precious stones. Many customers wishing to book a return flight to collect gold ask this question; the insurance covers the aircraft and passengers, but not precious metals or precious stones. A separate insurance policy is required for this.

The average refuelling stop takes 45-60 minutes. For smaller aircraft, the stop may take as little as 30 minutes. To speed up refuelling, the operator or pilots can call in advance to have a refuelling truck waiting for the aircraft when it arrives.
