It’s no problem at all! Child seats and infant carriers are optional under current guidelines. Your account manager can arrange suitable aircraft and luggage storage if you are traveling with pushchairs, travel cots, and other children’s items.
This is an additional service. We can arrange ground transportation to and from your flights or helicopter transfers if you need to get closer quickly.
The average refuelling stop takes 45-60 minutes. For smaller aircraft, the stop may take as little as 30 minutes. To speed up refuelling, the operator or pilots can call in advance to have a refuelling truck waiting for the aircraft when it arrives.
